To make a quick appetizer/dip, pour some of the pepper jelly over an 8 oz block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers. A great last minute idea for pot luck or parties where you need to take an appetizer.

I have had pepper jelly on squash and found it pretty tasty. I had acorn squash cut in half and then baked until soft. Spooned some of the jelly onto the center of the squash and then broiled it until hot.

Carol, thanks for posting that idea. We recieved several jars as Christmas gifts (from different people) and we kind of stumped on what to do with them.

Depending on what type of Pepper Jelly you have, you can make a sandwich with peanut butter or cream cheese. You can use it as a glaze for chicken and pork or as a saute or dip for meatballs or eggrolls.
