Make a parfait by layering pudding, whipped cream, fruit and vanilla wafers in a wine glass.

Use vanilla wafers for your next cheesecake crust, adding butter and sugar and pre-baking before filling.

Spread the flat side of one with peanut butter, sandwich with another cookie and dip in melted chocolate. Before they cool you could add shredded toasted coconut, chopped nuts, etc.

Use as part of crumb topping for a fruit crisp. Use frozen bags of fruit, apples that are on their way out, what have you. Also, instead of adding flour and sugar to the fruit for the crisp, crush the wafers into small pieces. They will break down with the fruit and act as a thickener and give a little sweetness.

Use in place of graham crackers for pie crusts.

Make caramel apples using the little kraft squares of caramel then roll in crushed cookie pieces.
