1 shot Vanilla vodka
1 8 oz diet coke
splash of grenadine

Tastes JUST like a Sonic cherry vanilla diet coke (but with a "grown up" twist)

That's my favorite. It goes with so many different types of foods because of its vanilla base.

Rasberry Vodka, Chambord, Lemon/lime soda and OJ make my house drink. I'm thinking with Vanilla Vodka you could make a killer summertime vanilla mojito.

6-8 Fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. light cane rum
4 oz. gingerbeer(vanilla soda works well too)

Muddle the mint and sugar in the bottom of a tall glass (use a wooden spoon handle if you don't have a muddling stick). The mint should be partially crushed to release the flavor. Add Rum and Vodka shake well. Top with Gingerbeer. If entertaing you could rim the glass in sugar by dipping in a shallow pan of water followed by a shallow pan of sugar and garnish with a sprig of mint.
