To be very true, All of them are pretty good ideas to use sunflower seeds. May be I should add them in my daily diet. I am just searching something useful about them and to know how to use them.

I stumbled on this use quite by accident. I like to make stir fry meals and usually add water chestnuts at the end for a little crunch and tradition. I didn't have any water chestnuts last time, so I grabbed the only thing I could find that would be crunchy, which were sunflower seeds. Turned out they were really tasty! Now I use them instead of water chestnuts.

There's a special technique for eating sunflower seeds and, like most kids, I spent hours perfecting it. I'd stockpile a few salted unshelled seeds in one cheek like a squirrel, release them one at a time to crack their fragile armor with my front teeth, extract the kernels and manipulate the empty shells with my tongue to my other cheek for storage.

You already got the most obvious uses. Let me see...

Well, there's Granola...
You could put them in bread for a little different texture,
Maybe if you ground them up you could do something with that.

And then of course, there's arts & crafts. (Or at least for the shells, if you got that kind)
