    What you need:
    4 sticks of Margarine
1 (16 oz) of Italian dressing
    Salt
1 ( 2 oz) of boxed black pepper
    5 pounds of shelled shrimp
    3/4 cups of lemon juice

In a pan combine your margarine, salt (to taste), Italian dressing, pepper and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Pour over the shrimp and cook in a dish at 350 degress for 45 minutes.

You can eat the shrimp hot or cold!

    Enjoy!

    Shrimp on a Stick

Soak shrimp in Italian salad dressing for 1/2 hour.
Remove from marinate and season them well with Old Bay and lemon pepper.
Put them on skewers alternating shrimp with any vegetables that your family likes (just be sure the vegetables have the same cook time as the shrimp).
Cook until they are pink - just a few minutes.

Kids love anything cooked on a stick! It’s a good way to get them to eat seafood and vegetables.

Very time consuming, but very yummy:

    Won Tons
1 pound minced pork/beef/shrimp (I always use beef)
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp cornstarch
    6 tsp soy sauce
    3-4 green onions (diced)
1 can water chestnuts (diced) I usually only use about 1/3
    1 tsp fresh ginger
    3 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)

Mix all ingredients. Place by tsp full on won ton skins and fold into triangle. Cook in hot cooking oil until golden brown.

    Mandarin Sauce
    1 cup/can whole tomatoes
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped white onion
    1 1/2 cups sugar
1 slice fresh ginger (1/8 inch thick)
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup bell peppers (cut up)
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Combine everything but green peppers, bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes over low flame. Add cornstarch to thicken. Add green peppers and serve. It’s so good when warm!!!!

For an easy shrimp paella, just make a batch of store brand Spanish rice and add in a cup and 1/2 of chopped cooked shrimp and 1 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning

Shrimp is a lil hard to pick for me cause i love shrimp. So i just go with my pineapple coconut shrimp. I take some butter and melt in a pan toss some diced fresh garlic(you can use garlic powder too)just enough to taste then throw in shrimp add small diced pineapple add 1/2 cup of parrot bay pineapple in it and let reduce a lil then add 1/3 cup of coconut milk let it reduce til its coats the shrimp nicely then serve with a lil coconut on top.

My favorite shrimp dishes are either shrimp and vegetables grilled on skewers or a simple seafood salad, with crabmeat and cilantro if it’s available.
