I use leftover beans in soups or make a batch of chili with them. Just brown some ground beef, season it with salt, pepper and chili powder then add your beans and a can of diced tomatoes. Let everything simmer together and you have a nice pot of homemade chili.

I use leftover beans (any kind really, not just pintos) to make refried beans. Just mash them really well with a bit of the bean juice and pan-fry.

You can then use that anywhere you'd use canned refried beans otherwise. It also freezes well if you're not ready to use them right away.
