		<description>I agree with Regina in adding navy beans to soup.  Can&#039;t have too many beans in my soup, is what I say.  I make an easy five bean soup with kidney beans, navy beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, and butter beans.  Just cook them together in some chicken broth, add celery and onion if you like and you have soup ready really fast and easy.  Good for you too.</description>

		<description>Navy beans are little white beans.  Look for them with all the other canned beans. They have a nice firm texture and are used in a lot of soup recipes. You can use them as a substitute for black-eyed peas.</description>
