		<description>You can make pesto lasagna, if you like pesto. Get some store bought pesto or make your own with fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt &amp; pepper. To save money on the basil, use a little frozen spinach in place of some of the basil. Or you could leave out the basil all together and have a spinach pesto. Then layer the cooked noodles with pesto, marinara, whatever you want. Sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts would be great, too. You could also make a skillet lasagna by breaking the noodles into pieces, adding pesto and some water and cook until pasta is done.</description>
