You can make your own gummi worms with a mix and a simple mold. You don't only have to make worms. Get a mold that is dinosaurs or insects and your possibilities are endless of what you can do with them.

16 to 18 chocolate wafers
    2 1/2 cups milk cold
1 3 1/2-ounce package chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix and pie filling mix, or pistachio
    2 cups cool whip
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
8 clear plastic party cups (6 to 10 oz. size)
    8 gummy worm candies

Place cookies in a plastic sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin (you will need 1 cup crumbs); set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix until smooth, add vanilla and mix. Fold in cool whip. Fold in the chips.

To assemble, spoon 1 tablespoon of the crumbs into each cup. Carefully spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into each cup. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the crumbs. Loosely cover and chill at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Before serving, place a gummy worm in each cup on top of the "dirt" or have it climbing out of the cup.
