Like Jayna said, how you brew your tea greatly affects its taste. Tea should not be bitter. The temperature and the time you steep it should be appropriate to your tea.

I used to feel the same, until I started making iced tea with it…I love to serve it over ice (of course)…and top it off with a little apple juice. Yum if you ask me.

I agree, honey makes anything better. I also will add a little milk, it dilutes some of the “tea” flavor.

Add a mint or citrus tea bag when you brew green tea and a touch of honey or stevia.

If your tea is bitter, you are putting in too many tea leaves, or you are brewing it for too long.

It should be fairly pale in color and should not be bitter. Just try using less tea or steeping it for a shorter period of time.
