If you boil them and then you put them on plates with some mayonnaise and Chile, that is a good option to eat after meals.

I understand you had a hard time on dealing with the thawn corn.It really put us in a bad position when we don’t have good recipe.I hope somebody can share the recipe here.

I use them with beef stew that I prepare with potatoes, bochok and plaintain bananas…especially when its winter and they are nowhere to be find, those frozen corn would be good to add.

My father in law loves the cheesy corn bake that you can buy at the Kansas City barbeque joints. I wish someone could duplicate that recipe!

I would really like to know about food that can be prepared after a hurricane has struck and there is no power. Can anyone help point me in the right direction ? I want to be prepared to be able to wather the storm.
