		<description>I have used seasoned stuffing mix for a filler in salmon patties so I think you could crush your square crouton somewhat or put through a food processor to make smaller crumbs for the same. How about trying them in meat loaf? I like your idea of crushing them to use for breading on chicken, etc. Good luck!</description>
