My favorite recipe is to boil a box of noodles and then once they are drained pour the can or 2 of cream of mushroom soup over them, stir it up and add some salt and pepper. Then you get some Adobe all spice and sprinkle it on, this gives it a slight kick. Then you can heat up and add any kind of vegetables to it, I prefer green beans and carrots in mine but you can add whatever you think will taste good. then you stir it all up and serve. Goes really well with cranberry sauce.

My family does one where you take any kind of pasta, (we usually use just egg noodles), and cook them as required. Cube of some chicken, and once the pasta is done, add the chicken and cream of mushroom soup and add some salt. An easy pasta recipe!!

My favorite is what my family and I call Turkey Stew. Brown 1lb of ground turkey and make sure to salt and pepper just a little. Once it is brown add 1 can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 4 cups of water and about 1 and 2/3 cups of brown wild rice. Let this mixture boil until liquid is reduced and the rice is done. If you need to add more water to finish cooking your rice it is okay. We love this recipe with crusty bread and a salad!

Slice up some potatoes and layer them into a buttered casserole dish. Dilute the condensed cream of mushroom soup with a little milk and add some finely diced onion and / or green peppers and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Bake at 350 until the potatoes are done (depends on how thick you're slicing them). Or if you have leftover boiled potatoes just bake it long enough to heat through. Very yummy!!!!

I make a hashbrown casserole with cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, whichever I have in my pantry. My family goes crazy for this casserole.
1 pkg (32oz) frozen hashbrowns
½ c. melted butter or margarine
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( can also use cream of chicken)
½ c. milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2-3 chopped green onions
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. of crushed corn flakes (optional)

The melted butter goes at the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine sour cream, soup, milk, salt, pepper and green onions. Put half of the frozen hashbrowns on top of the melted butter. Next layer half of the sour cream/soup mixture on top of the hashbrowns. Then put half of the shredded cheese on as the next layer. Repeat layers – hashbrowns, then mixture, then cheese. Add crushed corn flakes on top, if desired.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
