What Can I Make with COTTAGE CHEESE?
Ok, here’s an easy one. Let’s say there’s a sale on cottage cheese at the store and I buy 3 containers. I get home and my husband had the same idea. Now, I’ve got 6 containers of cottage cheese.
What can I make with all this COTTAGE CHEESE?
* Can I freeze it?
* What can I cook with it?
* Quick tips to alter it a bit so it’s more enjoyable?
Let’s hear it. ![]()

One of my favorite dinners is to bake a potato in the microwave (poke it with a fork and microwave it about 4 minutes on each side.)
Break it open and put cooked broccoli and cauliflower on it.
Add a scoop of nice cold cottage cheese.
And, top with sunflower seeds.
YUM!
