What Can I Make With Canned Tuna?
We like to make tuna salad sandwiches for lunch every once in a while. For the past few weeks we had been out of canned tuna, so I stocked up on the them and bought 10 cans. Then hubby came home from grocery shopping with quite a few more (he didn’t notice that I already bought some last week). So we now have a pantry full of canned tuna.
I usually drain the tuna well, mix it with a little mayo, a splash of pickle juice, some shopped pickles, salt and pepper. Then server it on bread or rolls.
What else can I make with canned tuna? I’d love to hear some of your favorite recipes.

How about some tuna burgers?
Mix 2 cans of tuna, two eggs, some Parmesan cheese and enough breadcrumbs to make it moldable. Shape into patties and fry in a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam. Serve on buns like burgers.

how about tuna and cheese salad. You combine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tuna and french or italian dressing. Tomotatoes and avocadoes are also good with it as well.

An italian tuna and white bean salad. Drain the tuna well, and mix with a rinsed can of cannelini beans, add finely chopped onion, celery, and italian flat leaf parsley. Dress with good quality olive oil, lemon juice, black olives and capers. Serve with your favorite crackers, or stuff into pitas, or as part of an antipasto plate.
