I crave brussel sprouts only 2-3 times a year just like I do cabbage, asparagus, and eggplant. When I buy the bagged sprouts, I like to make them the way Nicole does. When I buy them fresh, I like to toss them into a baking dish with garlic, olive oil, and lemon pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
