What Can I Make with Brussels sprouts?
I only have one way I can actually snack on Brussels sprouts. That’s microwaved, with a little butter and soy sauce.
Maybe it’s because my mom called them “Bird Brains” whenever she served them to me.
I’m not sure.
I actually enjoy them that way, but I wonder if I’m missing out on some other fabulous way to eat Brussels sprouts. Do you have any great Brussels sprout recipes?
Let me have it! I’m ready to experiment!

Try them deep fried with a beer batter type coating. Of course I love anything deep fried LOL

I crave brussel sprouts only 2-3 times a year just like I do cabbage, asparagus, and eggplant. When I buy the bagged sprouts, I like to make them the way Nicole does. When I buy them fresh, I like to toss them into a baking dish with garlic, olive oil, and lemon pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
