I love bread with blueberry marmalade and to drink a cold orange juice. I know, I'm a little weird.

I put a handful of blueberries in a warm pan & heat them up -- then I pour them over a big bowl of vanilla ice cream. It is delicious!

When I was in Seattle a few years ago, I had some wonderful salmon served with a blueberry sauce. I don't know how they made it, but it was heavenly; not too sweet, with a little tangy taste. I may need to start experimenting with the ingredients, but was wondering if anyone else has any ideas or suggestions how to go about making a blueberry sauce for salmon.

You can alwys cook the blueberries on the stove with a little water and some sugar to make a blueberry sauce to go over vanilla ice cream. Since the blueberries will cook down so much it's a great way to use them up if you have lots of them.

For the kids, blueberry waffles and muffins are always a nice change of pace from just cereal. For the adults, a blueberry daiquiri isn't bad to make especially on a warm Sunday afternoon.
