Apples are gret for your skin.
Finely grate an apple. Use a tablespoon of the grated apple with a tablespoon of wheat germ. Smooth this mixture over you face, let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with plenty of warm water.

    Eat an apple a day.
The nutrients, especially anti-oxidants in apples can reduce your risk for cancer, heart disease, asthma and stroke.

Apple prints. It’s a fun craft for kids. :)

Cut your apples in half. Dip them in paint and use them as stampers. This is a great way to make wrapping paper, if you want to stamp on some old newspapers.

How about a fruit and cheese tray? Cut up apples, watermelon, strawberries and some cheddar cheese cubes.

Apple slices dipped in pudding snacks is good, too.

Or dehydrate the apples and save them for hiking.

For a snack you can make cinnamon & honey apples!

First you need to get an apple (the golden delicious ones work the best!)

Core and slice the apple into bite-size chunks.

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apple, then drizzle on some honey.

If you like ~ add a little coolwhip on top!

    Yummy!

I like to chop apples and add them along with some cinnamon to a basic plain muffin dough and bake.

Yummy apple cinnamon muffins for breakfast.

You can do the same with oatmeal btw and make your own apple cinnamon oatmeal.
