It was really a nice experience to read from this blog especially about the new recipes because most of them are not used to eat in the sub-continent but now I will try it.

This is SOOOOO GOOD!!! I used some bone-in-breasts I had and marinated them like the first recipe then de-boned and cut up. It worked fine, but next time I think it would de-bone and cut up the chicken first. I then used the latter recipe and added a can of enchilada sauce to the simmering chicken. The extra sauce was used to season the rice. It was wonderful

Quesadilla Sauce like Taco Bell

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced jalapeno slices (nacho slices)
2 tsp. juice from jalapeno slices (nacho slices)
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
dash salt

Mix all ingredients, cover & chill.

This is the sauce that is used in the burrito. I really don't know where ANYONE gets soy sauce from, considering it's more used in Oriental food rather than Mexican.

Then you need white rice. A given.

Sadly, I've not the recipe for the spicy chicken, you can use the recipe in someone else's if you like.

Then you need pico. At least, that's what it's called in Taco Bell.

I think the tortilla is ten inches, but don't take my word for it, I don't remember since the last I stocked them at Taco Bell was last year.

Crunchwraps are delicious though, especially the spicy chicken one. I seriously think I'll make one of those some day... when I'm not lazy.

Have fun. And never work at Taco Bell :(
