    I know a lot of people are not a big fan of Spam Luncheon meat, but I have a great receipe. It’s cheap, fast and you’ll have plenty of leftovers. Fry some ground beef with chopped onions and your favorite Italian seasonings. I use tons of garlic powder,oregeno, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. While that is frying, prepare you favorite pasta. I recommend large shells or campenelle. When the ground beef is almost done, open a can (I use 2) of Spam and cube it up. Add that to your ground beef. Dain pasts and put back into a large pot. Add ground beef with Spam and add your favorite tomato sauce. I use Ragu with meat. Make sure it is saucy so it will reheat nicely.I like to sprinkle a lot of grated parmesean right into the mixture. Get it nice and hot and serve it with some italian or garlic bread. It gets even better after a few days!! Hope you enjoy!!
