This may sound like a totally freakish question, but… here goes.

When my kids were toddlers, I’d end up with 1/2 eaten jars of baby food that they didn’t necessarily like. Then, they decided they were *big* and only wanted to eat real food. So, I was stuck with a bunch of baby food veggie jars.

So, I’m going to go through some typical baby foods and see if anyone would like to admit they’ve used it in cooking (wouldn’t want to be wasteful) and … if you had anything turn out great that you’d like to share.

So, first stop is Baby Food Spinach. No matter which kind you used, or if you made your own baby food…

What can a mom, stuck with jars of baby spinach make with them?
