Other than spreading it on bagels, what do you make with cream cheese? 

I’ve got a few ideas, but I’ll post them in the comments this time.

I have a rice maker that I use on a regular basis. However, I usually get a little overly ambitious and make more than I need.

I have been eating the extra with soy sauce (not exactly very creative). What else can I make with cooked rice?

Update: I found this recipe:

Baked Rice Pudding Recipe

1/2 cup cooked rice
3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
3 1/2 cups milk
Ground nutmeg

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour mixture into a lightly buttered shallow baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking dish in a pan of hot water in oven and Place baking dish in a pan of hot water in oven and bake at 300° for about 1 1/2 hours, or until set.

oops. I went to Taco Bell the other day to get some Spicy Chicken Burritos and ended up with a few extra sauce packets.

Now, I’m not condoning stealing Taco Bell sauce packets, BUT.. if you end up with an extra one or two, what would you do with them?

I added one to a box of Macaroni and Cheese and it was quite yummy. I added another to a Turkey wrap I make that was just turkey and cream cheese. Again, yummy.

What would you make with a packet of Taco Bell sauce?

Yo quiero Taco Bell Spicy Chicken Burritos! Seriously, I could eat them every single day of my life.

The problem is when it is 9pm and my hubby gets snuggly and all I can think is “I want a Spicy Chicken Burrito!” The poor guy runs out to get me my burrito. Got to love that man!

So, save my marriage, please. Tell me how to make Spicy Chicken Burritos at home, just like Taco Bell.
