What can I make with a fresh Jalapeno?

I don’t eat much meat, and hadn’t eaten hot dogs for probably 10 years. Last week, my husband bought some Turkey Dogs from the grocery store that I really like. The kids love them, too.

I tried to get creative with them, but I’m just not coming up with any recipes or ideas other than slapping the hot dogs onto a bun and putting ketchup and mustard on it.

Any creative moms out there have tips for me? What can I make with HOT DOGS?

I have heard in the past that thin mints make some awesome desserts.

I’ve mashed them and sprinkled them on top of ice cream (as if they aren’t fattening enough already).

I also love dipping them into my coffee.

Oops, I did it again. lol. I bought bananas and let them get a little bit overripe.
